I would appreciate an reply to my email that I sent last week. Sent an emailing advising that the socks do not stay on and received no reply. Then I get this email asking for a review??? Your socks do not stay on as advertised.

For me I was disappointed same as all the others slipped under my foot
They are great wore them all day with new shoes at a wedding. Closed shoe flat as I was Nanny of the bride!Have also worn with joggers etc they do not move. Great buy.

I unfortunately didn’t take photos of the socks on my feet. It was too small for my size feet (I’m size US 11.5 - 12). I saw in a different model you had an option for large feet but because I wanted something to wear with my flat ballerina shoes I opted for this one. It didn’t fit I tried to wear but took it off within an hour as it was very uncomfortable. Regards Ilana

I've sent two emails already explaining that the order I received was not the same as the original ones that I love. The top part that goes over your toes is not as deep and cuts into my foot. I loved the original ones because the top goes right over your toes and further down and this is what I was wanting when I ordered the three pack. Can you please let me know how to return them to get the order that I actually want it thank you
True to their word these socks stay in place. No show under by sneakers. Purchase was easy and free shipping and arrived promptly. Have already recommended them to family members. Only issue I have had is I didn't order more. They will make great stocking(no pun intended) fillers.
They slide off under my heel so not very comfortable unfortunately
I love the normal ones, which I have a few pair, but these low cut do not stay on. They slip down at the back.
I’ve had the normal smiley socks for a while which I love, and the lower cut smiley socks are a wonderful addition. Great to wear with lower cut loafers

The last pair I bought the sock over the foot was much longer. I’ll send a photo. These style I bought this time doesn’t stay put. Disappointing as they aren’t cheap! Marjie

Can't believe these ballet flats have the reinforced toes I've been asking for in the other range that I'd had for awhile and worn to death but put my big toe through the mesh.. Couldn't be happier with the ballet flats.. but begging you to reinforce the range and I'll be buying many more pairs as they are the only ones that don't slide off and are so easy to wear and wash 👍🏼💗

I purchased a 3 pac of the bare light footies Unfortunately, they didn't stay intact to my foot in my loafers to even get out the door. I tried readjusting them and wore them for about an hour but the heel grip did nothing to keep the socks on my foot and just crept down to my toes in my shoes .

I had ticked the box to purchased the bigger sizes. What I have received is too small for me. What can be done?
Way too tight for my feet. Im a size 7 women’s but one size fits all were way to small - cannot wear the :-(

Not only easy ordering and excellent communication on order and delivery but the socks are even better than advertised. I have never worn such lovely fitting, breathable and socks that don't get eaten by your shoes. I did a 4km walk and they stayed in place the whole time. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who would listen
