Delivery Costs

For orders with a total purchase amount less than $89, a delivery cost of $6.95 AUD applies.

Order Confirmation

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation with your order number and order information. All orders are processed and delivered within 48 hours, regardless of the time of the year. Our goal is to dispatch all orders within 12 hours of receiving them.

Delivery Confirmation

After your parcel has been delivered, you will receive an email with a delivery confirmation that includes tracking details. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking details to update once delivered. You can also track your order via our website under 'Track My Order.'
