Shipping & Delivery

When will I get my order?

During the business week orders are normally packed the day after they are placed. No orders are packed and shipped on the weekend. We use Australia Post for all deliveries.

Shipping time

Please allow at least 6-8 business days for Regular post and more for delivery to remote areas and WA.

What if my order does not arrive?

Australia Post will update you with tracking information regarding your order via email. If your order is not received please check the tracking information. You may need to search in your junk folder for these emails. If there is a significant delay with your delivery please contact us by email on support@smileysox.com

How much do I pay for shipping?

If you’re located in Australia standard shipping is free on all orders over $99.

For orders under $99, standard shipping is $9.95.

Multiple shipping options (including express or expedited shipping) are available at check out.

Can I change my shipping address?

If you need to edit your shipping address, please email us at support@smileysox.com within 30 minutes of placing your order.

If your order has already shipped, don’t worry! You can redirect it using the Australia Post tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Important: We cannot redirect or retrieve orders that have been successfully delivered to an incorrect address. Please double-check your address details at checkout to avoid any issues.

What is your return policy?

If you are not happy with your socks or change your mind, you are welcome to return your socks and receive a refund .

There is no refund on shipping costs.
Socks must be returned within 30 days and be unworn and in original undamaged packaging.
We would prefer that you email us at support@smileysox.com to let us know they are on their way back.

General Questions

How do I use a discount code?

Simply head to the checkout, and on the first page, you’ll see a box that reads ‘Gift card or discount code’. Enter your discount code and click ‘Apply’. Discount codes are entered before the payment page so you’re aware of exactly how much you save.
