RETURNS
We stand behind our products and offer hassle-free returns within 30 days of your purchase. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Return Policy
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in the original packaging.
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of purchase.
If more than 30 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
Initiating a Return

Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued in the following cases:
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery (if approved).
- Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Return requests made without proof of purchase.
- For multi-pack sock orders, if only one pair is found to be faulty, a partial refund equal to the value of one pair may be offered.
Alternatively, we may offer a special discount or additional item with your next order as a goodwill gesture.
All refund decisions are made at our discretion based on the condition and timing of the return.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Please note that we do not offer refunds for changes of mind; once payment is made, the order is considered final.

If you haven't received a refund, please follow these steps:

- Contact your bank.

EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item for the same product, please email us at support@smileysox.com.
Please be aware that the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.
